Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most.

How does Spotka work?

You choose a plan, pay by card-to-card transfer and upload a photo of your receipt. Once the payment is verified we activate your subscription, and you can follow your order status on the site at any time.

Do you need my Spotify password?

Not for Family or Duo plan membership; your account email is enough. Never send the password of your personal account to anyone.

How long does activation take?

Usually a few hours after your payment receipt is verified. It can take a little longer late at night or on public holidays.

What's the difference between the plans?

With Family or Duo membership, your own account joins a shared plan. An individual account is a new, separate Premium account. An upgrade turns your current free account into Premium.

Will I keep my playlists and listening history?

Yes for Family, Duo and upgrades, since everything stays on your own account. A new individual account starts from scratch.

What if Spotify restricts my account or removes me from the plan?

Spotify may restrict access or ask to confirm your address because of region or payment changes. If that happens, contact support and we'll look into a replacement or refund under our terms & conditions.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track order page with your order code and mobile number, or sign in to your account to see all your orders.

When does my subscription end, and how do I renew?

Your subscription end date is shown in your account, along with a renewal reminder a few days before it ends.

What is the refund policy?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you get a full refund. The full details are on the terms & conditions page.
